Giving Back

When we started Wheelie Good Treats, we didn't just want to make amazing, all natural dog treats with simple ingredients. We knew we wanted to give back to the rescue and animal care communities. We currently do this in a few ways. 

All Natural Treat Donations to Shelters/Rescues

We regularly donate treats to local shelters that can directly use them because all dogs deserve access to healthy, tasty treats, especially those that are looking for their forever home! We also make regular monetary donations to area rescues! If you're a shelter in need of a treat donation just contact us and we'll do our best to get some treats to the pups in your care!

Dogs With Jobs Program

In the past, Wheelie Good Treats participate has participated in the Humane Society for Greater Savannah's Dogs with Jobs program. Several times per month, a dog available for adoption came to hang out at our store, meet customers, get some time out of the shelter and also get featured on all of our social media. They also get a few treats and a toy of their choice! Here are a few of our participants!

Wheelchairs For Dogs in Need

We also work with Eddie's Wheels For Pets - The Pet Mobility Experts (who have made all of Pigeon's chairs!) and donate a portion of our profits to helping dogs in need get wheelchairs when they need them through their Buddy's Fund (note Eddie's Wheels and Buddy's Fund are not a 501c3 charity).
